Report Corruption, Fraud, Terrorism Funding, and Other Violations Through Our Hotline

At Indonesia AIDS Coalition (IAC), we are committed to maintaining transparency, accountability, and good governance in everything we do. Guided by a strict Code of Conduct, we ensure that our daily operations, project planning, implementation, and reporting meet the highest ethical standards. IAC upholds a zero-tolerance policy for misconduct and abuse, and we all share the responsibility to report any inappropriate behavior we witness.

We encourage you to collaborate with us by reporting any instances of misconduct or abuse through the following channel :

This reporting system is open to everyone—including IAC team members, partners, field workers, donors, suppliers, community members, beneficiaries, and anyone who interacts with us.

What You Can Report:

  • Theft of funds or logistics
  • Misuse of funds or assets for personal benefit
  • Submission of fake invoices
  • Staging of false training events
  • Irregularities in tender processes (e.g., fraudulent bids, bid collusion, bid manipulation, coercive practices, etc.)
  • Bribery or kickbacks
  • Abuse of power or authority for personal gain
  • Conflicts of interest
  • Human rights violations by Global Fund grant recipients

How to File a Report:
To help us investigate thoroughly, please make your report as specific and complete as possible by answering the following questions:

  • What type of wrongdoing are you reporting?
  • Where and when did it take place?
  • What happened exactly?
  • Who was involved? (Please include full names, titles, and office details.)
  • Who else is aware of this incident?
  • Why do you believe this matter should be investigated?
  • Do you have any additional relevant information?

Your report will be reviewed by the IAC Board of Supervisors and Internal Auditor, who will screen and investigate the matter further. If the case involves a serious offense under national law, it will be referred to the appropriate national authorities.
