Indonesia AIDS Coalition (IAC) is inviting community-based organizations domiciled in Bandung City to collaborate as Implementing Partners for the CHAMPION-ID 2025 program.
About CHAMPION-ID 2025
The program aims to improve access and quality of pediatric HIV services through community-based, family-centered approaches. Implementation will focus on Bandung City and Indramayu District with priority on:
- Expanding outreach, education, and HIV testing for children and pregnant/breastfeeding women.
- Strengthening coordination between communities and healthcare facilities to ensure ongoing care and treatment.
- Reducing HIV stigma through community education and advocacy.
Partner Eligibility Criteria
Organizations meeting the following criteria are invited to apply:
- Domiciled in Bandung City.
- Experienced in HIV and AIDS-related work for at least 3 years.
- Possess adequate organizational capacity for program administration, management, and reporting.
- Have a strong network with local communities and healthcare facilities.
- Maintain relations with HIV-affected communities and relevant government bodies.
Scope of Work
As an Implementing Partner, your key responsibilities include:
- Conducting outreach and referrals for HIV testing among children and pregnant/breastfeeding women.
- Coordinating with relevant authorities and healthcare facilities to ensure effective referrals and treatment.
- Empowering communities by training health cadres to support community-based services.
- Participating in regular evaluation meetings and submitting activity reports as required.

- Organization profile.
- Legal documents (Deed of Establishment/Amendment, SK/Kemenkumham/Kesbangpol, NPWP).
- Letter of Interest (LoI) detailing relevant experience and proposed contributions.
- Short proposal outlining the strategy for implementing the program in target areas.
